1. للحفاظ على نظافة الجلد.
2. لتحفيز الدورة الدموية.
3. لتحسين الراحة.
4. مراقبة جسم الطفل.

غسل اليد
2.
إعداد الادوات
3.
شرح العملي للوالدين
4.
أغلق النوافذ والأبواب
5.
قياس معدل النبض وقياس درجة الحرارة والتنفس
6.
اختبار درجة حرارة الماء (برسخ اليد او بالكوع)
7.
ضع ورقة المطاط (قماشة عازلة) على السرير.

Œتنظيف الوجه:
|
ŒFace washing:
|
1.
العين: تنظيف العين بإتخدام قطن غسيل بالمياه فقط من الجانب
الداخل إلي الجانب الخارج لجفن العين
2.
الإذن:في
خلف الإذن و الجزء الخارجي للإذن
3.
الفم و الإنف: تنظيف و تجفيف
4.
في النهاية: تنظيف الوجه بالمياه فقط ثم تجفيف.

1- Eye:
Clean the eye using wash cloth with water only from the inner to outer aspect
of lid.
2- Ear: in
behind the ears and the external part of the ears.
3- Mouse and nose:
washing and dry
4- Final:
Wash infant face with water only then dry.

تنظيف منطقة البطن:

a) Abdominal washing:
|
1. الصدر و الأزرع و اليدين: تنظف بالصابون و تشطف ثم تجفف بالمنشفة
2. الحبل السري
|
1- Chest, arms, hand: washing with soap and rinse then dry with towel
2- Cord care
|
تنظيف الظهر:
|
b) Back washing:
|
1. الظهر و الإبط و الإزرع: تنظف بالصابون و تشطف ثم تجفف بالمنشفة

1- Back, axilla and arms: washing with soap and rinse then dry with towel

منشفة علي منطقة البطن و الظهر للرضيع
 |
Wrap towel on abdominal and back area to infant.

تنظيف
الجزء السفلي:
|
Lower washing:
|
1. فتحة الشرج: تنظف بالصابون من الامام إلي الخلف و تغسل ثم تجفف بالمنشفة لانها اكثر
المناطق ملوثة.
2. الرجل و القدم و الركبة: تنظف بالصابون و تشطف ثم تجفف بالمنشفة والانتباه إلى المناطق بين أصابع
القدم.
3. ارتداء حفاضة جديدة مع وضع بودرة

1- Rectal:
washing with soap from front to back and rinse then dry with towel as most
areas are contaminated.
2- Legs, feet and knee: washing with soap and rinse then dry with towel
and pay attention to areas between the toes.
3- Wearing diaper and put powder
 |
‘تنظيف
الرأس:
|
‘Head washing:
|
1. ارفع الطفل في وضعية (football
position)( وهي وضع الطفل تحت الابط بزراعك و يدك
تحت رأسه)
2.
وضع رأس الطفل فوق حوض الغسل برغوة فروة الرأس
باستخدام صابون خفيف
3.
وتدليك علي فروة الرأس باستخدام أطراف أصابعك
4.
و تشطف وتجفف فروة الرأس
5.
تستخدم المشط للرضيع
|
1- Pick the infant up using football position.
2- The baby’s head over the wash basin lather the scalp
using mild soap.
3- And message the scalp using your fingertips.
4- Rinse and dry he scalp.
5- Using comb for infant
 |
’إرتداء ملابس الرضيع
|
’Dress the infant.
|

أظافر الأصابع مع أظافر إصبع القدم
|
“Clean the finger nails with cutting toe nails
|
[ بعد العملي:
|
[ After he procedure:
|
1. تنظيف الادوات.
2. اغسل يدك جيدا بالماء والصابون وجفف بقطعة قماش جافة
ونظيفة.
3. سجل ما يلي: الوقت والملاحظة ورد فعل الرضيع.
|
1- Clean the equipment.
2- Wash hand thoroughly with soap and water dry with
clean dry cloth.
3- Record the following: time, observation, reaction of
infant.
